Founded in 1986 as a condominium resort management organization, SunStream quickly established itself as one of the first “condo-hotel” property management companies in Florida, and in the years since has created many of the foundations that have become industry standards today. While many companies are just now venturing into condo-hotel management because of its burgeoning popularity in recent years, we are proud to be celebrating more than 22 years of proven success.
